Mechanical-control models
Mechanical-control machines have larger buttons and clear control symbols. They are well suited to users who are accustomed to hands-on operation. Their service parts can be replaced individually, which can help reduce maintenance and repair costs. The current mechanical-control models covered here are PH-588S, PH-899S / PH-899S-3 and PH-989S.
- PH-588S: mechanical-control flagship model, 90/95 mm standard cup diameters, 450–500 cups per hour, #430 stainless-steel exterior, steel lower-mould rail and #304 stainless-steel lower-mould tray.
- PH-899S / PH-899S-3: mechanical-control stainless-steel models with 90/95 mm standard cup diameters and 450 cups per hour. PH-899S uses a plastic rail; PH-899S-3 uses a steel rail.
- PH-989S: glossy painted ABS exterior in black or white, 90/95 mm standard cup diameters and 450 cups per hour.
Custom mould feasibility depends on the container specification. The cup and film should be tested before the mould is confirmed.
Microcomputer models
Microcomputer-control models are well suited to users who prefer automatic cup feeding. Their flat, streamlined displays give the machine a cleaner appearance and show more operating information, including temperature and cup count. Standard models support 90 mm and 95 mm cup diameters, subject to the selected mould. Maximum container height for the models above is 180 mm. Custom mould feasibility must be confirmed from an actual container or complete container drawing.
