Phoenixes sauce and liquid sachet packaging machines combine metered filling, bag forming, three-side sealing and cutting in one process. Select the tabletop PH-2AS or the higher-output PH-2A3 according to product properties, fill volume, target output, available space and air-supply conditions.

Uses a peristaltic pump and requires no external air compressor. Filling range: 10–150 c.c.; approximately 500 packs/hour based on a 30 g test. Recommended for particle-free, flowable liquids, trials and small batches.

Automatic Sauce and Liquid Sachet Packaging Machine
PH-2A3 is a floor-standing automatic sachet packaging machine for sauces and liquids. It integrates piston dosing, film forming, three-side heat sealing and cutting in one cycle. Filling range is 10–200 c.c. with ±3% accuracy; output is up to 1,200 packs/hour at 20 c.c. A 12 L hopper, LED controls, count display, temperature control and fault detection support routine production. An external air compressor is required. High-viscosity, settling or fine-particle products should be confirmed by sample testing.

Tabletop Sachet Packaging Machine
The Phoenixes PH-2AS tabletop sauce sachet packaging machine uses a peristaltic pump and requires no external air compressor. Its compact frame combines metered filling, roll-film forming, three-side sealing, and cutting.
