Continuous Automatic MAP Tray Sealing Line
PH-55 is a continuous push-rod automatic sealing line for meal boxes, fresh food, meat, seafood, frozen food and other food containers. Interchangeable molds support three configurations: MAP gas flushing and sealing, vacuum plus gas flushing and sealing, or vacuum skin packaging. The standard maximum sealing area is 400 × 320 mm, with custom sizes available. The line uses PLC touch-screen control, an IP65 stainless-steel structure and supports up to four sealing lanes.

For selection, provide container samples or drawings, material, food product, sealing film, required packaging mode, target hourly output and the upstream/downstream equipment to be connected. Final performance and configuration require sample and line review.
Continuous MAP and vacuum sealing

PH-55 is built for food factories, central kitchens and packing operations that need continuous container sealing. Interchangeable molds let the same production platform be configured for standard MAP, vacuum-assisted MAP or skin packaging after the container, film and product have been tested.
Packaging modes
- MAP gas flushing + sealing: replaces the container atmosphere with the selected gas mixture before sealing.
- Vacuum + gas flushing + sealing: evacuates the container before gas flushing; the current PH-55 specification states residual oxygen below 0.1%.
- Vacuum + sealing: uses a suitable stretch film to create skin packaging around the food.
