Automatic Conveyor Container Sealing Line
PH-22/66 is a configurable automatic conveyor line for filling and sealing cups, tubs, meal boxes and other food containers. Standard models run at up to 15 cut-and-seal cycles per minute. With multi-lane molds, reference output ranges from 900 to 7,200 containers per hour, depending on the selected model, container and line layout.
- Seven listed PH-22 and PH-66 configurations for different container sizes and lane counts.
- Three-phase 220/380/415/480 V; stainless-steel frame, IP65 protection and PLC touch-screen control.
- Options include container denesting, filling, date coding, MAP gas flushing, precut film, UV, mold washing and capping.
- CE and ISO 9001 manufacturing baseline.

This series is intended for food factories, central kitchens and packing operations that need a continuous container-sealing process. Choose the frame width, mold lanes and upstream or downstream modules after confirming the actual container and product.

Configuration reference
Standard series speed is up to 15 cut-and-seal cycles per minute. Hourly output is created by the number of mold lanes, so it must not be read as 15–60 machine cycles per minute.
