Automatic Sauce and Liquid Sachet Packaging Machine
PH-2A3 is a floor-standing automatic sachet packaging machine for sauces and liquids. It integrates piston dosing, film forming, three-side heat sealing and cutting in one cycle. Filling range is 10–200 c.c. with ±3% accuracy; output is up to 1,200 packs/hour at 20 c.c. A 12 L hopper, LED controls, count display, temperature control and fault detection support routine production. An external air compressor is required. High-viscosity, settling or fine-particle products should be confirmed by sample testing.

Designed for food processors that need repeatable small-format sauce and liquid packaging, PH-2A3 combines an adjustable piston filler with automatic film forming, sealing and cutting. The #430 stainless-steel machine body supports routine cleaning and factory use.

Selection and production FAQ
Does PH-2A3 require an air compressor?
Yes. Pneumatic operation requires an external air compressor. Confirm available air conditions before ordering.
Can it fill thick sauces or products with particles?
Compatibility depends on viscosity, flow, settling and particle size. Send representative samples for testing; large particles are not a standard application.
Is 1,200 packs/hour guaranteed for every product?
No. It is a reference output at 20 c.c. Actual speed varies with dose, product, film, bag length and sealing conditions.
Which packaging material can be used?
Film and aluminum-foil-based structures can be evaluated, but seal-layer compatibility and thickness must be confirmed through sealing tests.
Can production information be printed?
A date printer is supported. Provide print content, location and packaging material when discussing the configuration.
What should be supplied for evaluation?
Provide product samples, target fill, pouch dimensions, film, desired output, power and compressed-air conditions.
