Why PH-2AS

Designed for Pilot Runs and Small-Batch Packaging

PH-2AS brings the essential liquid sachet packaging steps together in one tabletop machine, from product transfer and dosing to pouch forming, sealing, and cutting.

Compact Tabletop Design

Suitable for food workshops, back-of-house areas, central kitchens, formulation labs, and small-batch production.

Peristaltic Pump, No Air Compressor

Transfers product without an external air compressor, reducing auxiliary equipment, air lines, and floor-space requirements.

Four Operations in One Machine

Integrates metered filling, film forming, three-side sealing, and cutting in a clear production workflow.

Works with Standard Stock Film Widths

Standard setup supports common 130 mm and 180 mm-wide stock sauce sachet film series.

A Closer Look at the PH-2AS

PH-2AS peristaltic pump and food-grade silicone tubing

Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic Pump Filling

Product is transferred through food-grade silicone tubing without an external air compressor. The product-contact path is concentrated in the tubing for easier routine changeover and cleaning. Reference cleaning time is approximately 10–15 minutes and varies with the product and cleaning procedure.

PH-2AS film path and photo-eye registration mechanism for 130 mm and 180 mm stock film

Film Control

Film Guidance, Registration, and Three-Side Sealing

The standard setup works with 130 mm and 180 mm-wide stock sauce sachet film. The guided film path and photo-eye-controlled sealing and cutting process form the roll film into three-side-seal sachets. Film structure and pouch format should be confirmed with the intended packaging material before production.

PH-2AS digital control panel for filling, sealing, and counting

Operation

Digital Filling Control

The control panel combines daily filling, sealing, and counting settings. Filling range is 10–150 cc with a reference filling tolerance of approximately ±3%. Testing with the actual product, target dose, and film is recommended before production.

Packaging Flow

From Liquid Product to Three-Side-Seal Sachet

STEP 01Metered FillingThe peristaltic pump transfers the set dose.
STEP 02Film FormingStock film is guided into the forming section.
STEP 03Three-Side SealingThe formed sachet is sealed under the set conditions.
STEP 04Registered CuttingThe photo-eye positions each sachet for cutting.

Applications

For Flowable, Non-Particulate Liquids

Suitable for pilot runs and small-batch packaging of food sauces, liquid seasonings, and personal-care liquids.

Thick soy sauce Dipping sauce Honey Fructose syrup Vinegar Edible oil Shampoo Facial toner

High-viscosity, settling, separating, or particulate products should be tested with the intended product and film before filling and sealing conditions are confirmed.

Options

Configure the Machine for Your Product and Workflow

  • Date coder: prints date, lot, or expiry information
  • Agitator: helps reduce settling or separation
  • Double-wall hopper: supports heat retention or special product handling
  • Automatic product feeding system: reduces manual refilling frequency
